Otra Cosa Network Volunteer Co-ordinator

Project Overview
Otra Cosa Network is both a UK Register Charity (No. 1133680) and a Peru registered NGO (11126841), helping community projects to improve local people’s quality of life through volunteering in Peru.

Founded in beautiful Peruvian northern coast in 2004, Otra Cosa Network has been offering personal development and an affordable and rewarding volunteering & cultural experience to international volunteers, as well as offering our local network projects  professional services through well motivated, carefully selected, well supported volunteers.

Our mission is to continue, grow and develop a low cost, high quality, full service volunteer agency, offering volunteers personal development and an affordable, satisfying and rewarding experience while offering volunteer organizations a professional service supplying well motivated, carefully selected, well supported volunteers.

The number of volunteers has grown substantially over the last 12 months - a success story, but it means the management team now struggles to cope with all the enquiries and administration, as well as to look after growing number of volunteers alone.

So, we need a volunteer coordinator to help us maintain close contact with our volunteers through project visits, counseling, and exit interview & evaluations.
