We believe in volunteers evaluating their experience here to give valuable feedback and we're happy to share this with you before you apply (5=wonderful, 1=terrible). Some sample sizes are small and some projects are too new to have info yet, but it should give you some idea how happy previous volunteers were or were not at these projects. The overall opinion of our volunteer's experience is averaging over 4 (very good) but we're not complacent and keep reviewing for further improvements. For example we've just expanded and updated our Project descriptions as the scores on this were below 4 (very good). We also give feedback to the Project managers based on these evaluations, to help them improve things and if things aren't working out we may discontinue our involvement with a Project (as we did with La Tribu). So we do value and use volunteer feedback and are happy to make it openly available to potential volunteers.
