- Arrange some local fundraising for OCN and/or our projects
By hosting a local event sponsoring Otra Cosa Network or one of our projects you can make a difference! Fundraising is a great way to show your support and raise much needed funds for our local projects. Fundraising for Otra Cosa Network will not only financially support the local project and community with much needed materials and resources, but will help spread the word about Otra Cosa Network and its mission. Help to promote Otra Cosa Network's work
We are always looking for new volunteers, maybe you can help spread the word to people who may be interested?
We would really appreciate any promotion you can help us with, whether it's word of mouth to your friends, a suggestion of somewhere we can put up a poster or leave flyers, an 'introduction' to the right people to talk to at your University or a link from your website.
If you are able to offer us a link, that would be really helpful, please Contact Us and we can send you a document outlining the best ways to link to us, and provide a logo if you need one.
- Provide some IT or Communications equipment
Both Otra Cosa Network and our projects are always in need of modern IT and communications equipment to enable us to improve our services.
If you know of anyone who may have equipment they no longer need that they would be willing to donate, please speak to them or ask them to contact us. It could be your employer, a previous employer, your schools or university, friends or even anything you no longer need yourself?
Between the various projects we support, we can put most donations to valuable use, providing the donor can cover freight costs, but we particularly need decent-specification laptops, digital projectors, external hard-drives and USB memory sticks.
