Read all about Otra Cosa news going all the way back to 2005. Newest news first!
And the winner is: APPAGROP San Marcos!
Who is that you might think. Well the APPAGROP San Marcos is the association of small scale organic coffee farmers that receives Otra Cosa volunteers. It so happens that they got the best results from the evaluations of our volunteers over the past 12 months. So that makes them a winner!
word documentEvery volunteer upon leaving his or her volunteer site gets an evaluation form. Every 6 months we process them so we can give feedback to the volunteer organization on how to improve themselves so volunteers can better help them at what they do. The results are also published on the volunteer websites so interested volunteers can base their choices on past volunteer experiences. This increases the transparency and that´s what we like!
